Career Strategies is hiring a full time Apartment Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in the Vancouver, WA 98684 area.

An Apartment Maintenance Technician will be responsible for make-ready, turns and work orders, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair and a variety of maintenance tasks, including cleaning up the grounds. (NO ON CALL!)
