A leading global real estate investment manager in Toronto is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide advanced administrative support to the Market Leader. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a high-level administrative role and skill in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include managing schedules, making travel arrangements, and preparing documents. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality in a professional setting.

As an Executive Assistant with Hines, you will provide advanced administrative support to the Market Leader of the Midwest U.S. and Canada to ensure the smooth operation of the region, under limited supervision. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
