• Possess a valid Restricted and Non-Restricted endorsed Firearms License (PAL).
• Possess a valid class 5 driver's license with a maximum loss of 6 demerit points.
• Capable to lift loads up to 50 pounds.
• Available to work on-call for evenings, nights, and/or weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform pickups and delivery of values safely and efficiently.
• Reload or perform minor repairs on ABM from financial institutions.
• Drive an armored vehicle respecting road safety at all times.
• Complete the necessary daily reports and paperwork.

We are hiring casual Armed Driver Cash Transporter’s for our Cash Services division at our branch in St. Johns, Newfoundland.

What you’ll be doing

• Drivers perform the pickups and delivery of values safely and efficiently for each client
• Reload or perform minor repairs on ABM (automated banking machine) from various financial institutions
• Drivers ensure a safe environment for your colleagues and customers
• Follow established routes and schedules closely
• Drive an armored vehicle and respect road safety at all times
• Load and unload the armored vehicle
• Complete the necessary daily reports and paperwork
• Respect the procedures and regulations initiated by GardaWorldCash

What we’re looking for

• Possess a valid Restricted and Non-Restricted endorsed Firearms License (PAL: Possession and Acquisition License)
• Possess a valid class 5 driver's license with a maximum loss of 6 demerit points
• Capable to lift loads up to 50 pounds
• Available to work on-call for evenings, nights and or weekend shifts with no minimum guaranteed hours
• Reliable, conscientious, responsible, and committed to safe job performance
• Customer service oriented and skillful in managing stressful situations
• Highly organized and comfortable working with minimal supervision
• Eager to work in a fast-paced environment and capable to cope with pressure and tight timelines
