  • Act as an office cultural ambassador, fostering a sense of belonging, alignment, and professionalism in all internal and external interactions.
  • Assist with the preparation of the office budget, overseeing administrative operations and the distribution of work.
  • Lead the strategy, budgeting, and execution of EvolveDigital and related events, a multi-city summit series in North America that connects open source technologists, designers, and digital leaders in the public and private sectors.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of the company’s participation in major industry events—including DrupalCon, Drupal GovCon, DigitalCollegium, and others—planning and coordinating the budget.
  • Delegate work and coordinate team travel, speaking engagements, sponsorships, and on-site presence at conferences, ensuring brand alignment and operational excellence.
  • Participate in these events on behalf of Evolving Web—engaging with attendees, building relationships, and identifying opportunities with potential clients and partners.
  • Lead and mentor the office marketing and content team, ensuring strategic alignment and consistent brand voice across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on outreach campaigns for events, hiring, partnerships, and thought leadership.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, with a strong focus on engagement and inclusion.
  • Support HR operations, internal communications, and employee-facing systems.
  • Oversee the Montreal office, ensuring it operates as an organized, welcoming, and functional hub for employees and guests.
  • Review administrative procedures for office services and plan for office equipment, supplies, and related needs.
