A community-focused financial institution in Victoria is looking for a part-time member service representative to be the face of the branch. This role involves building relationships with members, providing financial advice, and educating them about digital banking channels. With a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion, this position requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to assisting members. A minimum of 15 hours per week is needed, with potential for up to 30 hours based on staffing needs.

Starting Salary Range: $23.13 - $25.18 per hour
On any given shift you will be the face of Coast Capital in the branch and balance a friendly advice and service approach with demonstrated ability to proactively listen and identify opportunities to deepen member relationships. By providing our members with support and financial advice, we help them Build a Better Future, Together.
This is a part-time position with a minimum of 15 hours per week, up to 30 hours per week depending on branch staffing need.
