Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with Industrial Design and Engineering teams to design and manufacture prototypes of aircraft cabin components.
• Participate in research and development activities, including material evaluation.
• Develop drawings and technical specifications for prototypes.
• Create models at various scales using different materials and technologies.
• Cut, form, and assemble prototypes and models.
• Improve designs through iteration, testing, and reviews.
• Provide solutions and resolve complex manufacturing and prototyping problems.

• Technical diploma in aerospace construction, composite materials, cabinetmaking, or model making.
• Recognized for ingenuity, versatility, agility, and flexibility.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, specifically in cabinet making, composite materials, or prototype manufacturing.
• Proven ability to develop prototypes from sketches and renderings.
• Creativity aligned with Bombardier’s philosophy of innovative, functional design exceeding customer expectations.
• Knowledge of Rhino design software is an asset.
• Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
