• Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes with consistency and attention to detail.
• Oversee food prep, quality control, and sanitation.
• Ensure high standards of food hygiene and follow proper safety procedures.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team on plating, presentation, and workflow.
• Contribute to new recipe ideas and seasonal menu planning.
• Support junior staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Perform any other related tasks.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial kitchens or restaurants (international experience is a plus!).
• Strong foundation in food prep, plating, and safe food handling.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for day and weekend shifts.
• Current Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain one).

• Reliable, hardworking, and passionate about the craft.
• Adaptable to different cuisines and kitchen environments.
• Positive, professional, and ready to contribute from day one.
• Able to lead under pressure and work well with a team.
