• Work directly with clients to create mock-ups of their website, mobile app, and email marketing templates.
• Design website content elements using modern UI, responsive, and typography principles, with strong technical knowledge of HTML and CSS for content modification and creation.
• Create and manage content for existing and new website clients using the ClubHouse Online E3 content manager.
• Build web content following SEO best practices and explain SEO guidelines to clients.
• Perform miscellaneous design-related and administrative tasks to meet deadlines.
• Create custom HTML email templates for the ClubHouse Online Email Marketing platform.
• Use graphic editing software like Adobe Photoshop to create and modify design assets.
• Handle administrative tasks such as project tracking via online Customer Management Software.
• Host online meetings with clients via tools like WebEx, GoToMeeting, or Zoom to assist with site design projects.
• As a Senior Web Designer, assist with design inquiries, assess and quote client requests, monitor design cases, and train team members on ClubHouse Online platforms. Participate in hiring and onboarding new designers, and offer UI/UX best practices.

• At least 3 years of experience building website pages and content.
• Advanced knowledge of responsive, modern UI, and typography design, with experience across devices and operating systems.
• Proficiency with graphic and HTML editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Visual Studio Code, Notepad++, Sublime Text, etc.
• Experience with Content Management Systems like Kentico, WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace.
• Knowledge of Email Marketing software such as MailChimp, Constant Contact, Emma, or Campaigner.
• Comfortable communicating directly with clients throughout projects.
• Ability to understand wireframes, sitemaps, and prototypes.
• Knowledge of website best practices, SEO, and accessibility principles.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
