This position is primarily focused on the internal/admin website and infrastructure. Your work will support our different teams by improving the systems they rely on daily.

• Implement new features and change requests while ensuring quality and performance
• Deliver high-quality and maintainable code, collaborating closely with teammates to achieve high PR acceptance rates
• Plan and execute migrations with zero or minimal downtime
• Communicate effectively with other teams to refine specifications and set expectations
• Troubleshoot issues and respond promptly to help requests from other teams

• You take pride in craftsmanship. You own every line of code you ship and hold yourself to a high standard of quality, clarity, and maintainability
• You aim to make pragmatic decisions and consider the balance between technical debt and over‑engineering

• Bachelor's degree in Computer/Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
• 1‑3 years relevant experience in a full‑stack or backend development
• Experience with Ruby on Rails is a requirement
• Practical experience maintaining or supporting infrastructure in AWS is an asset
• Knowledge of VueJS and GraphQL is an asset
• Fast learner with strong problem solving skills

• You work with close guidance and need support to break down tasks and validate decisions
• You contribute meaningfully but rely on teammates for structure and clarity
• You're focused on developing technical skills, consistency, and reliable follow‑through

• You work mostly autonomously on well‑scoped tasks and features
