A leading health tech company in Ontario seeks a motivated physiotherapist to deliver in-home assessments and treatments for acute and chronic conditions. You will perform evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with patients using a user-friendly platform. Ideal candidates are registered physiotherapists who are passionate about innovative care and fostering patient independence.

Formación
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists in the region for which care is provided.
- New grads welcome (also accepting physiotherapy residents).
- Flexibility to travel at least 30 minutes to patients’ homes is highly preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Conduct comprehensive in-home physiotherapy assessments to evaluate mobility, strength, pain, and function.
- Provide hands-on and/or virtual physiotherapy including manual techniques.
- Track outcomes, update treatment goals, and adapt to patients' changing needs.
