What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated geographic area
- Collect and analyze information to identify business issues, problems, and opportunities for sales prospects
- Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
- Implement sales plans and key account strategies to achieve financial goals
- Negotiate favorable contracts and close sales with targeted business prospects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the Earned Wage Access space within Fintech
- Proven track record of direct selling success and strong revenue generation
- Experience selling to “C” level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, retail, and professional employment organizations
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree
- Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
- Experience in industry-specific sales roles
