What You’ll Do
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair heating equipment at customer sites and shops.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment rent‑ready.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
  • Train customers on safe and proper use of equipment.
  • Travel up to 50% across North America - no two days are the same!
What We’re Looking For
  • Mechanical/electrical technical background (diesel, gas HVAC, or similar).
  • Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and on the road.
  • Safety‑focused and customer‑driven.
  • Experience dealing with customers and a strong focus on customer service.
  • Good communication skills, along with regular use of cell phones and laptops.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to haul trailers if needed.
  • Experienced working in a fast‑paced, customer focused and safety‑first oriented environment.
