A company providing uniform services is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Vancouver to drive customer loyalty through exceptional service. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring efficient communication within the service department. The ideal candidate must have strong telephone skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a high school diploma or equivalent experience. Compensation starts at $20.26 per hour with health and dental benefits provided.
The Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) drives customer loyalty through response to inbound customer calls and proactive outbound calls. The CSC coordinates the flow of information to and from the Service Department and follows up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution. Performs other duties as required and reports to the Service Manager.
