Qualifications

• Must be fully bilingual in French and English with clinical proficiency.
• Hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field such as MSW, MACP, MPsy, or similar.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate support and guidance to individuals in crisis.
• Deliver single-session counselling and crisis management in a professional manner.
• Conduct thorough assessments to determine client risk and safety planning.
