• Proven experience in performance marketing, particularly in the SaaS or tech industry
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on metrics such as LTV:CAC modeling and customer generation
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
• Experience in leading teams and building a positive work culture

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
• Previous experience in a leadership role within a marketing agency
• Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and techniques
• Experience in client relationship management
• A passion for data‑driven decision‑making and storytelling
