Mental Wellbeing Practitioner

We are currently recruiting for licensed Mental Health Practitioners including social workers, psychologists, counsellors, psychiatric nurses and other licensed mental health professionals. They are the foundational support that ensures safety, engagement and anonymity of members alongside their person‑centred emotional and psychological assistance.

This role will be a remote / home‑office set‑up.

You will provide empathetic support and encouragement online through listening, questioning and engagement. You will convey complex and emotionally sensitive ideas through written content.

Candidate Profile
  • You are a currently licensed mental health provider.
  • You are bilingual / fluent in English and French.
  • You have experience in working with risk, understanding risk mitigation and escalation, and respecting professional boundaries.
  • You have the ability to remain calm and make clear decisions under pressure and to manage graphic content without judgment.
  • You are available for a minimum of two 6‑hour shifts a week with some flexibility to cover weekend and evening shifts (our service is 24/7 so we can offer flexible working patterns).
  • You are flexible and willing to contribute where you can to ad‑hoc, out‑of‑hours support for our French platform as well as being able to offer cover on an overtime basis.
