Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience utilizing guest reservations and operations software.
  • Hotel reservations and front office experience needed.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage accurate guest profiles.
  • Monitor service levels and communicate new policies.
  • Collaborate with Toronto Corporate Guest Recognition Team.
