Base pay range

CA$70,000.00 / yr - CA$100,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities
  • Engaging prospects through multitouch approaches (50 B2B outbound calls per day) while meeting sales / KPI targets
  • Conducting discovery calls to understand recruitment goals and suggest appropriate solutions
  • Managing pricing discussions, handling objections, and guiding prospects through the sales process
  • Leading qualified software demos with product specialists
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships for repeat business and account growth
  • Collaborating with recruitment teams to align solutions with client needs
  • As the Sales & Account Executive, you’ll also act as the primary account manager, supported by a team of recruitment specialists to execute the strategies you sell.
About You / Qualifications

About You

To qualify, you'll have proven, successful sales experience , and have worked in some capacity in a B2B environment (e.g., software sales, SaaS, recruitment services, etc.). We recognize that the ideal candidate sometimes takes time to build up, but don’t worry, our extensive training program will get you where you need to be!
