Job summary
A leading restoration services company is seeking a Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist to join our remote Contact Centre team. This role requires exceptional customer service skills in both English and French. Responsibilities include assisting customers with restoration requests, managing emergencies, and maintaining effective communication.
