A dental technology leader is seeking a Small & Mid-Sized Business Account Manager to join their remote Canadian team. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth by building strong relationships with dental practices, focusing on customer satisfaction and adoption of innovative products. Ideal candidates will have experience in account management or B2B sales, showcasing excellent communication skills and a passion for helping clients succeed.

Qualifications
- 2+ years in account management or B2B sales, preferably in dental or healthcare.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable using analytics and KPIs for decision-making.
Responsabilités
- Build and maintain relationships with single-location dental practices.
- Drive adoption and revenue growth through engagement.
- Monitor account health and prevent churn.
