What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage project scope and changes to deliverables while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability
- Communicate implications of project scope changes to clients and management for understanding and approval
- Oversee project financials to ensure budget adherence
- Proactively resolve project issues to mitigate delays and impacts on timelines
- Provide regular updates to management and team members on project and customer status

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Education in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in managing software development projects throughout all phases of the project life cycle
- Understanding of software development processes and methodologies
- Proven leadership abilities and experience leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical skills for assessing project progress and making data-driven decisions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience as a project manager in professional services
- PMP certification
- Experience in the utility industry
- Fluency in French
