ROSS (Recruitment Outsourcing Solutions) is an innovative recruitment process that aligns the goals of recruiters with those of employers and HR departments by bringing together recruiting best practices, world‑class technology and a unique service model to help companies recruit better and spend less.

ROSS is a division of Pinnacle Workforce Inc (Previously known as Pinnacle IT Force). Over the last year we have created an Accounting and Finance practice. Recently, we signed a multi‑year exclusive recruitment agreement with one of Canada’s leading consulting organizations (part of a worldwide organization) to outsource a portion of their recruitment to us.

You’ll have the exciting responsibility of managing this relationship and leverage our existing contacts there to pursue other areas of opportunity within this client. In addition, you will use this existing relationship as a referral to establish new clients. Finally, by increasing sales you will need to hire more recruiters thus building the Accounting and Finance practice. You will be compensated by a combination of salary or draw, bonuses and profit sharing.

We will provide you with:
  • A cohesive team of highly productive associates who are experienced and professional, yet know how to have fun!
  • Web‑based, available “anywhere” state‑of‑the‑art applicant tracking system, CRM and SFA (Sales Force Automation)

You must have:
  • 5+ years solution sales experience, ideally in recruiting services of Accounting and Finance professionals
  • Executive‑Class English communication skills
  • The ability to be an active listener who leverages this skill to truly understand client needs and wants and converts that into recruitment solutions.
  • Excellent sourcing, networking, qualifying, interviewing and referencing skills
  • High energy, enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
  • Persistence, Self‑motivation and entrepreneurship
  • The ability and desire to work remotely from your home in addition to our office (downtown Toronto)
  • A reliable car so you have the ability to travel throughout the GTA when necessary
  • Up‑to‑date computer with high‑speed Internet access
  • A strong technical competency of MS Office applications and Internet. You have good typing and computer skills.
  • Excellent networking skills and the ability to engage people in conversations anywhere!
