- Document system architecture, interfaces, concepts, standards, and processes
- Research existing information sources to assess materials and identify gaps
- Create clear and engaging documentation for various audiences
- Collaborate with software architects and colleagues to gather necessary information
- Maintain and administer Confluence and SharePoint pages
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five years of experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role
- Experience collaborating with software architects and developers on documentation
- Proven ability to write about programming, APIs, SDKs, and related technologies
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently without external deadlines
- A degree in English, Information Science, or a related field
- Basic data handling skills for analyzing document consumption and usage
- Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Word, SharePoint, Miro, Airtable, and GitHub
- Project management skills to streamline documentation processes
