Job summary
A well-known beauty brand in Canada seeks a Retail Construction Project Manager to lead various retail projects. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in retail construction, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage budgets effectively. This full-time position requires a hands-on approach and willingness to travel frequently across North America. Candidates should be based in Canada and committed to the company’s values of sustainability and community support. Competitive salary range of $90,000 - $95,000 CAD offered.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing retail construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry and millwork.
- Ability to interpret architectural and structural plans.
Responsibilities
- Lead project management for retail shop fit outs.
- Manage Capex and project schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-department teams to support retail operations.
