The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience in finance or credit underwriting and is skilled in analytical problem-solving and effective communication. - 7+ years of experience in finance, credit underwriting, or investment banking.
- Experience with SMB credit underwriting, preferably at a commercial bank.

Responsibilities
- Conduct reviews of Clearco customers for credit decisions.
- Develop detailed risk frameworks alongside the credit team.
- Undertake financial statement analysis to evaluate customer health.
