Qualifications

• 1+ years of client support or management experience.
• 1+ years of payroll experience.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Knowledge of Canadian payroll, including Quebec-specific regulations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions and guide clients through setup.
• Maintain a pipeline of approximately 30 clients.
• Generate and present monthly implementation reports.
• Address and resolve client issues promptly.
• Ensure a smooth client transition to Support and Client Success teams.
