Qualifications
- 1+ years of client support or management experience.
- 1+ years of payroll experience.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Knowledge of Canadian payroll, including Quebec-specific regulations.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate training sessions and guide clients through setup.
- Maintain a pipeline of approximately 30 clients.
- Generate and present monthly implementation reports.
- Address and resolve client issues promptly.
- Ensure a smooth client transition to Support and Client Success teams.
