• 8 - 10 years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion HCM
• At least 5 years of experience specifically in Payroll implementation or support
• Expert understanding of the Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resource End-to-End Business Flows
• Functional knowledge of multiple Oracle Fusion Payroll solutions for the United States
• Proven experience participating in at least one full lifecycle implementation project of Oracle Fusion HCM

• Experience leveraging Oracle Support tools and working efficiently with Oracle Support
• Involvement with Oracle User Community resources
