Lead Full Stack Engineer role at Conductor by Sensei Labs. Sensei Labs is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer. As a core member of an Agile team, you will design, develop, and maintain robust applications across the front-end and back-end, ensuring seamless integration and performance. You will also serve as a technical leader, advancing the technology stack, optimizing performance, and enhancing developer workflows.

Your expertise in C#, front-end frameworks, and scalable back-end systems will shape both immediate feature delivery and long-term product evolution, ensuring high standards of code quality and scalability across projects.

• Leadership and Mentorship: Actively mentor and guide fellow engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that promotes learning, open communication, and continuous improvement.
• Architect and Implement Frontend Solutions: Design and build scalable features with strong front-end/back-end integration, focusing on performance, security, and maintainability.
• Optimize Frontend Performance: Diagnose and address performance bottlenecks for large-scale applications.
• Improve Developer Experience: Introduce tools, libraries, and frameworks to boost productivity and code quality.
• Enhance Security Measures: Adhere to security best practices and protect against vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate on System Architecture: Work with peers and stakeholders to design robust, scalable architectures.
• Drive Technology Standards: Advocate for and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Maintain High Code Quality: Contribute to code reviews and maintain clear, simple, and readable codebases.
• Test Automation: Develop and maintain automated testing pipelines for front-end and back-end components.
• Enhance User Experience: Collaborate with product designers to deliver a seamless user experience.
• Scale and Optimize: Improve tooling and infrastructure to measure and optimize performance in real-world scenarios.

• Experience in Full Stack Development: 7+ years of experience with strong technical leadership and hands-on development.
• Expertise in C# and .NET Frameworks: Deep experience with C#/.NET (including RESTful API development).
• Front-End Proficiency: Proficiency with modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Blazor) and full development lifecycle knowledge.
• Performance and Security Focus: Track record of optimizing performance and applying security best practices.
• Cloud and DevOps Knowledge: Experience with cloud environments, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Scalability and Modularity: Ability to design scalable architectures with modular components and performance optimization.
• Proactive Problem Solver: Ability to work autonomously and make sound technical decisions.

• Open-Source Contributions: History of contributing to open-source projects or supporting the community.
• Advanced Knowledge: Experience with microservices, serverless, or message-based systems.
• Collaboration Skills: Ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Cloud Expertise: Familiarity with Azure or AWS and understanding of how infrastructure affects scalability.
