What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to develop and execute sales strategies that enhance solution adoption among existing utility customers
- Utilize data from Salesforce and other systems to identify opportunities and drive account‑based sales strategies
- Identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities within the utility ecosystem, including both Harris solutions and third‑party partners
- Support customer engagements by preparing meeting materials and participating in presentations and demonstrations
- Assist in coordinating events and conferences to engage customers and partners effectively
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the utility billing or enterprise software sector
- Understanding of utility operations and meter‑to‑cash processes
- Demonstrated success in expanding accounts through cross‑selling and upselling
- Proficiency with Salesforce and corporate CRM tools, with a data‑driven approach to sales management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external partners to develop proposals
- Curiosity about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and interest in leveraging AI for sales automation and process improvement
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer meetings and industry events
