What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to develop and execute sales strategies that enhance solution adoption among existing utility customers
  • Utilize data from Salesforce and other systems to identify opportunities and drive account‑based sales strategies
  • Identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities within the utility ecosystem, including both Harris solutions and third‑party partners
  • Support customer engagements by preparing meeting materials and participating in presentations and demonstrations
  • Assist in coordinating events and conferences to engage customers and partners effectively
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the utility billing or enterprise software sector
  • Understanding of utility operations and meter‑to‑cash processes
  • Demonstrated success in expanding accounts through cross‑selling and upselling
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and corporate CRM tools, with a data‑driven approach to sales management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external partners to develop proposals
