What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Directors to develop and execute target account sales strategies to expand solution adoption within existing utility customers
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the broader utility ecosystem, including Harris solutions and third‑party preferred partners
- Prepare meeting materials, solution overviews, and supporting documentation for customer engagements
- Participate in customer meetings, supporting Regional Sales Directors during presentations and follow‑up activities
- Stay current on industry trends and provide feedback from customer interactions to refine sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development, ideally in the utility billing or enterprise software sector
- A foundational understanding of utility operations and meter‑to‑cash processes
- Demonstrated success in cross‑selling, upselling, or expanding footprint within existing accounts
- Proficiency with Salesforce and corporate CRM tools, with a data‑driven approach to managing opportunities and account planning
