Employer Industry: Technology and Professional Services

• Provide system analysis support for at least seven business systems within the application portfolio
• Collaborate with business and system owners and the development team in a fast-paced environment
• Define system scope and objectives based on user needs and develop application documentation
• Analyze and evaluate user needs to determine functional requirements and support system testing
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support to users while coordinating with the client for issue resolution

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business, or related discipline with 8 years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of Agile system analysis experience
• Strong team player capable of managing multiple assignments and adapting to changing client needs
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to business leaders
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE Clearance and pass a thorough Government background screening process

• ITIL v3 or v4 certification
• Agile Scrum Master or related certification
• Experience with ServiceNow for incident management and service request management
• Previous support experience with the Department of Energy or other federal agencies
