Food Safety Auditor - Part time
Job summary
A leading food safety auditing firm in Paris is seeking an experienced auditor to conduct food safety audits, evaluate compliance, and develop work plans. Candidates should have a degree in food science or biological sciences, at least 5 years of food manufacturing or QA experience, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office is required. The role involves independent work and travel within the assigned territory.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of food manufacturing/QA experience related to GMP, HACCP, or higher food safety standards.
- Minimum 3 years auditing experience in the food industry with more than 100 audits.
- Knowledge of relevant legislative requirements in food safety.
Responsibilities
- Conduct audits at assigned client locations.
- Summarize and evaluate inspection/audit findings.
- Develop work plans for the completion of audits.

You will be expected to :
- Conduct audits at assigned client locations and determine compliance with findings of inspections and audits.
- Conduct food safety audits.
- Summarize and evaluate inspection / audit findings.
- Communicate findings / results of inspections / audits with client site management or appropriate client personnel.
- Develop effective work plans for the completion of assigned inspections / audits within a determined timeframe.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with headquarter based project managers as it relates to assigned clients.
