Position: AI Integration Specialist

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of embedding advanced language models and machine learning capabilities into our core platform and operational tools. Your contributions will enhance user interactions, boost internal processes, and drive forward-thinking product developments.

• Develop and Launch AI-Enhanced Capabilities: Create, deploy, and refine features powered by artificial intelligence to improve user satisfaction and deliver measurable business value.
• Automation Solutions Driven by AI: Build internal tools using language model technologies to automate processes, minimize hands-on work, and elevate team performance.
• Robust AI Framework: Establish and oversee pipelines for machine learning and language models, focusing on reliability, performance, and growth potential.
• Efficiency Tuning: Enhance model outputs by optimizing for response time, accuracy, and resource expenses.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with product development, technical, and analytics groups to identify applications for AI technologies and promote effective strategies.

• Extensive Technical Background: At least 5 years in backend development, with hands-on involvement in machine learning and generative AI systems. Experience in fast-paced environments like startups is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Expertise in Advanced AI: Proven track record with production-level language model integrations (such as those from cloud providers, open-source APIs, or frameworks like various model hubs). Skills in crafting prompts, choosing models, and monitoring AI performance are essential.
• Core Technical Proficiencies: Strong command of Python, along with tools for vector storage (e.g., similarity search libraries or managed services). Knowledge of web frameworks, cloud platforms (like major providers), and testing tools is advantageous but optional.
• Operations in AI: Experience with deploying, tracking, and expanding AI models in live settings.
• Analytical Approach: Skilled at navigating complex AI problems and delivering practical, expandable solutions.
• Interpersonal Skills: Adept at collaborating with developers, data experts, and product specialists to shape and execute AI initiatives.

• Infrastructure: Cloud services, container orchestration, caching systems, relational databases, messaging queues, infrastructure-as-code tools, version control, and low-code platforms.
• Backend: Python web frameworks with REST APIs and task queues.
• Frontend: Modern JavaScript frameworks with styling libraries.
• AI Tools: Cloud-based model hosting, third-party APIs for generative tasks.

Two days per week are required to be onsite.
