As part of the Valnet Publishing Group, GiveMeSport is expanding its motorsport coverage and is looking for experienced and passionate F1 Writers who can deliver insightful, data-driven, and entertaining content around Formula 1 — from breaking news and race analysis to driver features and season narratives.

• Contribute a minimum of 4 Formula 1 articles per week, including opinion pieces, race previews and recaps, driver features, or technical analyses.
• Cover the latest developments from the F1 paddock, including team updates, standings, controversies, and key storylines.
• Pitch and produce engaging, original stories that resonate with both dedicated F1 fans and casual sports readers.
• Write accurate, timely, and well‑researched articles under tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with editors and implement feedback efficiently.
• Follow GiveMeSport’s editorial style guide and uphold its content quality standards.

• Educational background in journalism, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience writing about sports, preferably motorsport or Formula 1.
• Strong understanding of F1 teams, drivers, race formats, and technical regulations.
• Ability to write fast, accurate, and opinionated coverage with a distinct and engaging voice.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and audience engagement strategies.
• Experience using a CMS is preferred.
• Passion for Formula 1 and deep knowledge of the sport’s evolving landscape.
