- Experience with configuration and deployment of cybersecurity platforms.
- Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and cloud computing solutions.
- Working knowledge of application development processes.
- Working knowledge of computer networking (firewalls, routing, etc.).
- Knowledge of configuration, policy, and event workflows.
- Direct experience in supporting security tools.
- Experience working within a service management framework.
- Knowledge of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for incidents and requests related to AI Defense.
- Monitor and handle tickets assigned to support queues.
- Develop a deep understanding of AI defense products.
- Create and maintain knowledge base documents.
- Support change management activities for product upgrades.
- Assist technical leads in configuring applications.
- Respond to escalations from application support teams.
- Assist the technical lead in testing product upgrades.
