Job summary
A behavioral health organization is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide remote telehealth therapy to clients in Arizona. The role requires an active Arizona license and a Master’s degree in counseling or social work. Responsibilities include delivering therapy sessions, conducting assessments, and maintaining documentation. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits including PTO and health insurance.

Responsibilities
- Deliver scheduled video therapy sessions.
- Perform intake evaluations and diagnostic impressions.
- Create, review, and update treatment plans.
- Record progress notes and treatment changes in the EMR.
- Collaborate with team members for case review when needed.
- Adhere to privacy and safety protocols.

Location: Prescott, AZ
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Work remotely while providing telehealth therapy to clients statewide. You’ll conduct assessments, run ongoing sessions, and maintain clean documentation within a clear weekday structure.
- Deliver scheduled video therapy sessions

- Collaborate with team members for case review when needed
- Adhere to privacy and safety protocols
- Active Arizona license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
- Clinical therapy experience preferred

- 2 weeks PTO
