• Manage investigation, documentation, and notification activities for potential privacy incidents or breaches
• Conduct extensive research and analysis concerning privacy laws and regulations
• Complete privacy reviews of project documentation and agreements to ensure compliance
• Oversee the DES privacy mailbox, providing guidance and coordinating responses to privacy incidents
• Track and evaluate privacy metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements

• Minimum of two years of experience coordinating and handling government records
• Three years of management analysis experience or five years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field may substitute for some experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage complex tasks under tight deadlines

• Experience with Federal and State privacy laws such as HIPAA and FERPA
• Proven skills in data analysis and process improvement methodologies
• Familiarity with conducting privacy awareness training sessions
• Background in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective workplace relationships
