What will you be doing
- Supporting iProcurement requisitions by coordinating and preparing procurement requests (i-reqs) for internal clients, ensuring all required information and documentation are provided by the client/buyer.
- Tracking requisition statuses and following up as needed (e.g., In Progress – awaiting further information; In Process – awaiting approvals).
- Developing and implementing manuals, plans, procedures, operating instructions, and mechanisms to support Supply Chain (SC) business operations in compliance with corporate requirements.
- Running daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and quarterly reports.
- Supporting Supply Chain leadership (through the Manager, Supply Chain or delegate) in coordinating annual operational planning.
- Monitoring and reporting on program compliance and progress, including trend analysis, performance scorecard results, and tracking actions assigned to SC staff.
- Preparing business operations/performance reports for senior and executive-level management to highlight emerging issues and planned actions.
- Assisting line organizations with analyzing performance and cost data reports and identifying variances monthly.
- Providing administrative support to the section as needed.
- Monitoring and updating the WL Supply Chain Intranet page on MyCNL.
- Monitoring and facilitating the implementation of the ImpAct program for Supply Chain.
- Administering various SC projects and committees (e.g., ACCPOC – Resources Make-Buy), including creating and maintaining meeting records and ensuring accurate and sufficient documentation is in place.
- Other duties as assigned by your manager.
What we are looking for
- Education: University Degree or Diploma from a recognized educational institute in Commerce; or Business Administration Certificate combined with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of related and progressive experience; or An equivalent combination of formal training with a minimum of 8 years of related and progressive experience is required.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in planning, scheduling, financial management, analysis and reporting; ability to set short- and long-term objectives, track performance, investigate anomalies, and write reports.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of strategic and operational planning processes, balanced scorecards and performance management; demonstrated leadership qualities; ability to engage with people and cross-functional teams; outstanding organizational and communication skills; ability to define and manage improvement projects with minimal guidance; synthesize complex information into clear reports and presentations; strong presentation skills; highly self-motivated and a team player; ability to work with diverse groups and disciplines.
- Security Clearance Eligibility Required: Reliability Status with Site Access Security Clearance (SASC), including a minimum requirement of 3-5 years of verifiable history in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United States and/or the United Kingdom; security screening in accordance with applicable policies.
Working Conditions
- We have a compressed work week, which consists of a four-day work week and ten hours a day, starting at 6 am.
