Descripción de la vacante
A drilling services company in Alberta is seeking a Vac Truck Operator to operate and maintain vacuum trucks efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate should have a Valid Class 3 License and safety certifications, with experience preferred. Responsibilities include transporting waste, performing vehicle inspections, and adhering to safety protocols. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on safety and efficiency.
Formación
- Must have a Valid Class 3 License.
- Minimum 2 years of experience on a drilling rig preferred.
- Safety certifications (H2S, First Aid/CPR, CSO) are required.
Responsabilidades
- Operate and maintain vacuum trucks for waste transportation services.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.
- Transport waste to designated disposal or treatment facilities.

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the equipment while adhering to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- H2S
- Common Safety Orientation (CSO)

The duties of a Vac Truck Operator include but are not limited to the following:
- Operate and maintain vacuum trucks for waste transportation services.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Safely load and unload materials, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Transport waste to designated disposal or treatment facilities.
- Complete required documentation, including logs, manifests, and reports.
- Communicate effectively with Field Superintendents, Rig Managers, and crew personnel.
- Follow all legislative and company safety guidelines and regulations.
