A manufacturing firm in Nanaimo, BC, seeks a Senior Accountant to lead the finance team and manage full-cycle accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in accounting and a leadership role, demonstrating strong analytical skills and familiarity with manufacturing environments. The position offers a competitive salary of $75,000 to $95,000 annually, with opportunities for professional growth.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience.
- 4 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Responsabilités
- Lead and mentor the finance team.
- Assist with financial planning and project execution.
