• Manage patient communications, including appointment reminders, follow-ups, and service-related inquiries.
• Ensure patient records and medical documentation are accurate and updated in the system.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues patients or providers may face with the telehealth platform.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure timely care and address patient concerns efficiently.
• Monitor and report on daily telehealth operations to ensure compliance with healthcare protocols.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company data security standards.

• Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Prior experience in telehealth coordination, hospital administration, or medical office support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a patient-focused approach.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms, EHR/EMR systems, and video conferencing tools.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with minimal supervision.

• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare administration, patient coordination, or telehealth operations.
• Previous remote work experience is a plus.

• Flexible remote work schedule with availability during standard business hours.
• Occasional evening or weekend coverage may be required based on patient needs.
