What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items with care and precision, following traditional Spanish recipes.
- Manage kitchen organization, cleanliness, and prep efficiency throughout service.
- Assist in inventory control — tracking ingredients, reducing waste, and maintaining stock levels.
- Daily setup, prep, and close-down.
- Maintain proper food handling and safety standards at all times.
- Bring ideas, initiative, and teamwork to create a positive kitchen culture.
Who You Are
- Experienced as a cook in a busy kitchen environment.
- Holds a valid Food Handler Certificate(Smart Serve is an asset).
- Organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- A self-starter who enjoys staying busy and taking pride in a clean, efficient kitchen.
- A true team playerwho communicates well and supports others.
- Lives locally or within a reasonable commute to Prescott.
