• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and monitor residents for side effects
• Communicate effectively with families, interdisciplinary team members, and supervisors
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
• Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols and safety guidelines

• Registered and in good standing with theCollege of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
• ValidCPR and First Aid certification
• Experience working inlong-term care,geriatrics, orcommunity careis considered an asset
• Excellent communication, clinical, and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel and temporarily relocate (accommodation is provided)
