• Provide assistance to global customers and partners via telephone, email, and chat
• Process incoming requests for technical support and resolve general customer inquiries
• Assist customers with non-technical support needs, including account updates and product registration

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient telephone etiquette and strong computer skills

• Excellent time management skills and capability to work with minimal supervision

• Experience in a technical support role is a plus
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends
