This remote-first role involves establishing long-term partnerships, driving growth, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent onboarding and support. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in client-facing roles, with a strong background in account management and excellent communication skills. Travel is expected 30-50% across North America.
