Senior Technical Recruiter

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. We need someone who’s already built strong recruiting muscles in both agency and in-house environments, who understands the nuances between Python and Java (and can talk shop with engineers), and who’s comfortable steering technical hiring with autonomy.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll own technical recruiting end-to-end, from strategy to execution, helping us scale engineering, product, and technical teams that will shape the future of our platform.

What you’ll do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across engineering, product, design, and data
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and execs, consult on role design, interview structure, and market data
  • Screen and assess candidates with a strong grasp of technical skills (you can tell the difference between front-end, back-end, Python, Java, SQL, etc.)
  • Manage pipelines proactively, ensuring velocity and quality in every search
  • Source creatively (think beyond LinkedIn - Github, meetups, Twitter, niche communities, tell us what we’re missing!)
  • Be the first impression of our culture - giving every candidate a transparent, respectful, and human experience
What you bring
  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a mix of agency and in-house preferred
  • Demonstrated success hiring software engineers and other technical roles in SaaS and/or healthtech environments
  • Strong technical acumen - you can confidently discuss languages, frameworks, and stacks with candidates and hiring managers
  • Track record of filling tough roles in competitive markets, with a focus on both speed and quality
  • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy in a high-growth, fast-changing environment
  • Data-driven mindset: you use pipeline health, pass-through rates, and market data to influence hiring decisions
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills - you know how to push back, set expectations, and keep hiring managers aligned

The base salary range for this role is $100,000 - 120,000.
