A leading coaching program is seeking a motivated Outbound Setter to reconnect with past customers and help them advance in their journey. You'll be making numerous outbound touches daily and conducting discovery calls to uncover customer needs. Success in this role can lead to monthly earnings between $3,000 and $6,000. We’re Fiction Profits Academy, one of the top 5 coaching programs in the U.S. We teach everyday people how to publish eBooks online and build semi-passive income through fiction.

Right now, we’re looking for a sharp, emotionally intelligent Outbound Setter to join our team.

This isn’t a cold-calling role.

You’ll be reconnecting with buyers—people who already purchased our $2,000 program in the past but haven’t followed through.

Your job is to help them see the gap:

→ Where they are now

→ Where they want to be

→ What’s been stopping them from getting there

From there, you’ll position a call with one of our senior advisors for our high-ticket mentorship program, so they can get the support they need to finally move forward.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Make 50+ outbound touches a day (calls, texts, emails)

  • Speak with existing customers—no cold leads here

  • Run 30-min discovery calls over Google Meet to uncover what’s held them back

  • Qualify them for our $5k–$15k high-ticket programs

  • Book sales calls for our advisory team

  • Stay on top of follow-ups inside Aloware + HubSpot

  • Follow proven frameworks that lead the prospect to their own conclusions

  • You’ve got strong emotional intelligence and know how to build trust quickly

  • You love helping people solve real problems, not pressuring them

  • You’re highly efficient and organized inside your CRM

  • You’re coachable, consistent, and hungry to grow

This is a fast-paced role with high visibility. We’ll give you the training, scripts, and support, but it’s on you to show up, execute, and improve.

The best setters on our team earn $3,000–$6,000/month USD consistently and have a clear path to move up.
