• Competitive salary from $55,000 depending on experience
• Group Insurance
• 4 weeks of paid vacation
• 1 week (sickness and/or personal days) paid
• Work in Laval, avoid traffic jams!
• Free on-site parking
• Schedule on weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

• Compile technician timesheets
• Prepare routes and optimize travel
• Prepare quotes in collaboration with the department manager
• Track parts orders and returns
• Manage parts inventory
• Manage purchase orders
• Prepare stock orders for technicians
• Resolve customer issues
• All other tasks related to the smooth running of the service departmentnt

• Functionally bilingual
• Experience in HVAC - Asset
• Comfortable with computers in general
• Good sense of customer support
• Have good interpersonal skills
