Responsibilities
  • Compile technician timesheets
  • Prepare routes and optimize travel
  • Prepare quotes in collaboration with the department manager
  • Track parts orders and returns
  • Manage parts inventory
  • Manage purchase orders
  • Prepare stock orders for technicians
  • Resolve customer issues
  • All other tasks related to the smooth running of the service departmentnt
Qualifications
  • Functionally bilingual
  • Experience in HVAC - Asset
  • Comfortable with computers in general
  • Good sense of customer support
  • Have good interpersonal skills
