• Must be comfortable working on the shop floor.
• Experience in dealing with complex inventory and production data.
• Ability to translate complex cost data into clear actionable reports.

Responsibilities

• Spend significant time on the manufacturing floor to record time, quantities, and operational flow.
• Manage and maintain average costing methodology.
• Analyze production data to generate accurate burn rates and detailed cost profiles.
• Identify profitability insights by product, process, and customer.
• Provide accurate labor and material rates for pricing strategies.
• Seek opportunities for operational efficiency.
