Job description :

We are seeking a Tech Lead, GoLang - API Development Squad (Remote) or Senior Go Developer.

Role :

As a GoLang Tech Lead or Senior Go Developer within the API Development Squad, you will play a central role in creating a new digital banking platform. Your mission is to complete a Baas Core banking solution by addressing various integration needs, acting as the team's technical guide for developing advanced solutions. The role will be conducted in English but requires communication skills in both English and French.

Main responsibilities :

• Provide in-depth expertise in the GoLang programming language.
• Guide the team in designing and implementing robust, scalable APIs.
• Oversee the daily activities of the API development team.
• Ensure effective collaboration within the team and with other squads involved in the project.
• Contribute actively to the development and resolution of bugs.
• Participate in sprint planning and define development objectives with management and architecture teams.
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of API functionalities according to standards.
• Work closely with clients to meet expectations and objectives.
• Ensure solutions comply with financial sector standards and requirements.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process optimizations.

Qualifications :

• Extensive development experience with GoLang.
• Proven experience as a technical leader or Tech Lead in API development projects.
• Understanding of digital banking and banking solution integration concepts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
